- 5:20 PM - 6:10 PM - (1 R/R CE Credit) Association Business & Membership Update: This update will provide FGWA members with information on the latest news and business for the association. We will also do a deep dive into 2026 legislative activities and current bills and rules being filed that could impact FGWA members and the groundwater industry. We will also cover enforcement and regulation issues surrounding the industry, as well as changes to code due to recent rule changes, and discuss recommendations to bring back to DEP and Districts.
